My issue is partly IHOP & Mostly Door Dash. 1. IHOP did not make sure the delivery service had all of the order. 2. Door Dash delivery person did not verify they had the whole order. 3. Door Dash did not vette their driver to make sure they can communicate with Customer(delivery person did not speak/ understand english). So when I asked where is the missing half of my order, they shrugged their shoulders and gave me a look of "Oh well sucks to be you, not my problem" got in their car and drove away. Luckily the manager of the IHOP store found the missing items at the store and refunded my delivery charges. Alway make sure you know the store you delvery is coming from.
